If for any reason you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please inform us in a timely manner! Considering that rescheduling takes time, cancellations or changes to the appointment can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the reserved time (via email or phone).

In the case of a cancellation within 24 hours – if no one else books your canceled appointment – 50% of the treatment price will be forfeited.

In practice, it works like this:
You have an appointment booked for Tuesday at 6:00 PM. You cancel it on Monday at 19:00 PM. If no one books your canceled Tuesday appointment and you would like to reschedule for Wednesday at 5:00 PM, you will need to pay a 50% cancellation fee on Wednesday. This means you will pay a total of 1.5 times the price for the treatment. This way, it’s a bit inconvenient for both of us, but it’s not too bad for either.

If you cancel your appointment outside of the 24-hour window and another appointment doesn’t work for you, the treatment price will be automatically refunded.
